JOB SUMMARY
Assists and acts in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper in
overseeing and ensuring overall cleanliness and product quality of the
hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health
standards. Plans, distributes, delegates, directs and inspects daily,
weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work assignments. Monitors guest
requests and complaints, resolving issues and coordinating efforts with
other departments. Assists with inventory, overseeing laundry
operations and carpet and floor maintenance programs. Interviews,
trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must have proven ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize
duties to meet deadlines and demands. Demonstrated knowledge of proper
use of all cleaners and cleaning equipment. Have the ability to lead,
direct and inspire team members to reach goals and objectives of
department and Hilton Grand Vacations standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous management experience in a union environment is preferred.
Bi-lingual in the Spanish language is preferred.
